Rear & Side Extension – Nailsea

The brief.

A client in Nailsea wanted to extend their property so they could create a spacious, open plan dining, entertaining and kitchen space. The proposed rear and side extension needed to have the same finish as the rest of the house in line with building regulations. So, they approached Chris Corner Construction, knowing we could deliver.

The project.

We got to work building the extension according to the client’s exact specifications. To subtly divide the space whilst retaining an airy, open plan feel, we created an interior block wall and added glass doors to maximise light flow. Finally, the outer walls of the extension were finished to an impeccable standard in the same pebbledash render as the main house.

The result.

A modern kitchen and dining space, perfectly suited to the client’s needs. The pebbledash render is in keeping with the rest of the property, resulting in an attractive, unified finish. Now, the client has plenty of extra room to spend quality time with friends and loved ones.
