New Build Stone House – Chelvey

The brief.

The client wanted to create a beautiful and functional 4-bedroom home in Chelvey. This ambitious new build project needed to cater for the needs of the client’s family, and look attractive in its setting. A stonework exterior would be the finishing touch.

The project.

Chris and the team worked closely with the project manager and architect to complete the project as per the client’s wishes. We also worked with members of our network of trusted sub-contractors to ensure the finished property was everything our client envisioned. We handpicked the stonework and individually laid each stone on top of two courses of block and insulation, taking great care to ensure a quality finish.

The result.

The project was completed to an impeccable standard, resulting in a happy client. Now, they have a stylish and robust 4-bedroom home for their family, set in attractive grounds. The exterior stonework creates a unique, rustic feel in keeping with the local area.
